    SEKO Learning Program is a private individual unit currently providing 3 main projects which are Consulting & Auditing Service (1st Project), Training & Coaching Service (2nd Project), and Cambodian Journal of Experience Knowledge - CJEK (3rd Project). SEKO Learning Program envisions every human resource in Cambodia to have real capacity and ability in making their future have prosperity, progressiveness, peace, harmony and happiness; and has its mission to provide demand-driven capacity development by consulting, facilitating, training, coaching, and sharing experience knowledge to learners, employees and employers.

    Background

    On June 01, 2011, Share Experience Knowledge (SEK) was founded and established; and then, on February 16, 2012, SEK's website was launched. On November 21, 2013, SEK was developed to be an NGO called Share Experience Knowledge Organization (SEKO). Then, SEKO was registered at the Cambodian Ministry of Interior (MoI) on Jan 28, 2014. After that, SEKO was also registered at the Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) in the U.S on February 19, 2014. Reference to the decision letter Deka No. 80/13 issued on December 26, 2013 by Khan 7 Makara's Board of Directors, basically on the voting result on December 24, 2013, SEKO was elected to become one of 23 committee members, to vote for a People-Office Manager of Khan 7 Makara's one window service.

    Since firstly opening, the concepts and activities of sharing experience knowledge, is still able to be conducted in many posible ways and images even without any donation, using voluntary own time and money. However, to make the concepts and activities having sustainability, on June 1, 2018, SEKO Learning Program was established by Mr. Sieng Bouhoeurng, replacing the Share Experience Knowledge Organization.

    On September 8, 2021, SEKO Learning Program was reviewed and developed its main activates and website, to be up to date, and also to become as a private individual unit.
